Brutus is kind of a jerk to be honest.
I don't really like him, but I wanted to draw someone rolled up into a ball again because it's such a hilarious pose, and it's so fun to draw!
Don't Worry, Yakko, Winston will poison his spaghetti with cyanide later.
He won't get past Winston's "Prank", will he?
I don't really like characters that are bullies, even IF they're made by a close friend.
